Care
With only four residents, our home has the rare privilege of building care around the person — not the building, not the schedule, not the staff roster.
Our approach
We begin with the family — and the resident. Goals, fears, history, preferences. Nothing rushed.
California RCFE practice and our own standard: a thorough appraisal of service needs, medical background, functional ability, and personal preferences before admission.
We compose a daily living plan unique to the resident — routine, diet, activity, social pace, family touchpoints — and revisit it as life changes.
We help personalize the room with belongings that matter. The home should feel familiar from the first night.
Services
All RCFE services are delivered in-house by our team and through trusted clinical partners.
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transferring — provided with privacy and dignity.
Medication reminders and assistance where appropriate, coordinated with the resident's physician.
Three meals and snacks daily from our residential kitchen, attentive to dietary needs, cultural preferences, and texture requirements.
Daily housekeeping and personal laundry, kept quiet and unobtrusive.
Programs composed around each resident's hobbies, history, and pace — never one-size, never imposed.
Coordinated transport to physicians, shopping, salons, worship, and places that matter to the resident.
